A captivating annual report with a strong emphasis on people

Vicinity leads the retail evolution by maximising the value of their destinations through mixed-use precincts, spanning retail, residential and office spaces. Vicinity sought an integrated report with enhanced accessibility for greater transparency to the wider community. Focusing on people-centric design, we incorporated imagery from photoshoots at Vicinity Centres, showing people engaged in daily activities around their destinations to capture the lively ambience of their flagship locations. Rich, gold tones drawn from their logo were woven throughout the report to evoke a sense of premium quality, while clean white backgrounds ensured compliance with accessibility standards.
